Requirement
A leading Medical Electronics manufacturer
wanted to have their Software for adjusting
and tuning the Implant tested. The implant
had a USB, RS232 interface. The Software
was to be reliable on different Operating
Systems and hardware.
Our Solution
As the product was undergoing a lot of changes
and the features, appearance and usability
changed with every release, MicroGenesis developed
a robust test framework that abstracted the
various Application components. The framework
also had a parallel execution component that
enabled simultaneous unattended execution
of test cases on many platforms at the same
time.
The test scripts were developed without any
direct reference to Application components
thus preventing major changes to scripts despite
the changes in the Application with every
release.
