Rational Products and Services
Headed by a team of IBM-trained professionals this group offers products and services of IBM Rational Tools for Software Development Life Cycle right from requirement to deployment.

Other IBM Products & Services
MicroGenesis has a separate team of technology experts to drive sales, configuration, implementation, maintenance and support of other IBM tools including WebSphere and DB2. Customers can leverage our value added services and training for instance on the WebSphere range of products spanning WebSphere Application Developer to WebSphere Application Servers.

Development
MicroGenesis is well positioned to undertake the total development of applications using Java and J2EE technologies with the latest development tools and deployment platforms. MicroGenesis can also undertake porting of J2EE applications from any other platform to WebSphere.

MicroGenesis TechSoft has designed, developed and delivered a complete J2EE application using the WebSphere platform and the Rational Application Developer for an International Institute.

Training
Our process improvement training programs are built to explain methodologies for adopting principles and best practices with Rational Tools. We also offer Toolset specific training programs. Our training modules cover real-time and non real-time applications on a variety of platforms and environments. We operate on three mature training models - Role based Team based and Team Support or Customized.

Testing
Software Quality Assurance Testing is an integral and critical phase of any software development project.
