Job Roles

The CLM (RTC) Application Engineers will be responsibility for the delivery of methods both through documentation and via implementation for scoping through to testing for:

  • Set up, configuration and documentation of the application environment
  • Communication of the requirements of Customer business to application vendors
  • Define the functionality of the supplier’s tool
  • Show how Customer requirements are fulfilled by supplier functionality.
  • Create and manage sub-projects under the leadership of the project manager
  • Bring features to users to demonstrate how these features will improve the process.
  • Detail unfulfilled requirements to the supplier for quotation, and then work with the supplier in integrating these features into the tool.
  • Work with the supplier on new features, bug fixes and service packs to make sure that all changes are known by Customer.

Technical skills required:

Key skills to include development of RTC workflow and configuration management practices (Task, Change, Defect, SCM)
