Posiotion:  Application Support Engineer-German

Years of experience Required: 1- 2 Years
Technical skills required: German expertise – B2 from Goethe institute will be preferred, no bar if communication is good
Job roles
  • Prior experience with talking to German users / Technical support will be preferred
  • Ownership of support Frontline Desk to address the Service Operations requests
  • 16×5 monitoring of Infrastructure environment
  • Create CISM tickets based on the predefined standard cases
  • Documentation of Service cases and standard operation procedures
  • Contribution to the predefined Knowledge database on Sharepoint.
  • Communication & coordination with different teams in India & Germany
  • Resolve user reported issues as per the agreed SLA
  • Assignment and coordination of CISM tickets to Level 2 & Level 3 support group less
